1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and okbae (the "Platform"). By accessing the okbae website, registering an account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors. okbae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the okbae platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. okbae reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other entity) registering in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of okbae, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had a previous account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep this information up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the okbae platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. okbae uses industry-standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify account holders.

okbae will never contact players to request their password. Any such communication claiming to be from okbae and requesting account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

okbae supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods selected for their popularity and reliability among Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okbae does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the Platform level; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by okbae, although payment provider limits may apply.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is applied as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, okbae reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is finalised.
• okbae reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.

Funds deposited into your okbae account may only be used for placing wagers on the Platform. okbae account balances do not earn interest and are not considered a banking or savings instrument of any kind. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable currency control regulations in their jurisdiction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okbae offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The availability of any bonus is at the sole discretion of okbae. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to them at the time of offer, including wagering requirements. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they are issued. Transferring, selling, or otherwise dealing in bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• Where a wagering requirement applies to a bonus, the full wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• okbae reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by the player, and to void any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means.
• Players who self-exclude or who have opted into deposit limit programmes may not be eligible to receive certain bonuses. Responsible gaming tools take precedence over bonus eligibility.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka. The value of bonuses issued in connection with any seasonal promotions (Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh) is subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the okbae platform are subject to the following general betting rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules that may be published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing a wager. Ignorance of betting rules is not an accepted basis for a dispute or claim.

Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may apply. Any applicable maximum payout limits will be published on the Platform. okbae's liability on any single bet shall not exceed the published maximum payout for that market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbae platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, with associated balances forfeited. okbae reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, glitch, loophole, or error in the Platform software or in any game for personal financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any event, game, or market available on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, providing false identity information, or impersonating another individual during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at okbae staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbae platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of okbae or its content and game suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the express prior written permission of okbae.

The okbae name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of okbae. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the okbae trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos without the prior written consent of okbae. Any unauthorised use of okbae's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if okbae has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okbae makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbae shall not be responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

okbae collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can review the full Privacy Policy on this website.

okbae may share player data with third-party service providers, payment processors, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory authorities where required by law or where necessary to operate the Platform. okbae does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

11 Amendments to These Terms

okbae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, okbae will endeavour to notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. The date on which the Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. okbae operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all local laws.

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet outcome, account balance, bonus, or other Platform matter, players should contact okbae support in the first instance. okbae will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
